Planning Advice

We will advise on all aspects of your project from pre purchase to completion.
We take particular care to advise our clients on methods of construction, heating and insulation that will not only enhance their investment now but also keep their running costs as low as possible in future years whilst protecting the environment.

Design

We design and manage conversions of existing buildings to family homes, gite complexes etc in sympathy with the local surroundings.

We also offer a digital imaging service to record your conversion or new build as it progresses. this can be used for both payment verification and a lasting record of your investment.

Project Management

We can project manage your conversion or new build from conception to completion, or, arrange/carry out:

• Feasibility studies on proposed projects and buildings.
• Pre purchase condition surveys.
• Etudes du sol (soil surveys) for independent drainage- Fosse Septiques.
