Normandy Manoir

This project is a small manor house in Normandy countryside with medieval origins.

Once thatched, it now has a slate covered roof. In the grounds there is a small cottage and above the garage a small one bedroomed apartment.

This project requires a great deal of work to bring it up to todays standards. New wiring, plumbing, insulation, bathrooms and kitchen all need to be replaced. However all of this will have to be achieved in sympathy with the building. Lots of expert trades will be needed to complete this project on time for the Clients arrival with family and friends for Christmas.

Next year we will move on to phase two – the construction of a timber framed extension to the cottage in the grounds to house an indoor swimming pool.
