Planning permission

This project is next door to an extensive gite complex we dealt with for a Danish client previously. The client knew exactly what they wanted to do with their buildings so that they could move in and out of their mobile home. They had applied for a permis de construire to renovate the cottage and turn the attached barn in to additional accommodation which had been turned down.

We were called in to rescue the situation so we drew up the formal dossier, submitted it and the client was given the permission to proceed in record time.
