Renovation

As an addition to an existing gite complex the client wanted to rebuild the ruined barn attached to his garage. The drainage system was already installed but we needed another attestation from SPANC that it was compliant as the previous one was more than 2 years old. The challenge again was to create the living spaces required with as much natural light as possible bearing in mind the vernacular – it had to still look like a barn !
